Thank You Lasagnas


I am inventing a new type of Lasagna for Paul's Birthday, tommorrow.  Layers of red spicy sausage sauce, white sauce, spinach and sauteed mushrooms and garlic, riccotta, mozza, and parmesan. I hope he likes it!  I better triple the batch and make some thank you lasagnas...so many people have been so giving to us lately...I think I'd be happy with one of these layers for lunch or dinner.
