Couples Composting

Couples Composting is a term coined by my brother Joe. Paul turns the leaves, I water the pile...Hopefully next year we will have some quality compost to add to the garden. It's cool to see it steaming and working... This year we will be buying bags of peat and manure again or filling up drywall buckets of topsoil, putting them on the boat, and dumping them in the garden. Lots of work but worth it to have our own fresh food.
